Pre-Construction Planning
Already have plans?
We begin detailed estimating, value engineering, and design guidance. Real pricing is built using our in-house estimating system + subcontractor bids.
Need plans?
We coordinate design with our trusted architect (or yours) to fit your goals, land, and budget.
Need land?
We help clients find property and design a home around the site.
Pre-construction includes full guidance, budgeting, early selections, and a detailed project roadmap.
Typical timeline: 1–6 months, depending on scope.
