Canyon Ridge Sixplexes

Canyon Ridge is an 84-unit multifamily project consisting of a series of thoughtfully designed sixplex townhome-style buildings that CB helped develop, design, and build. The project features a mix of one- and two-story units, creating visual variety and efficient layouts across the site. With modern, distinctive designs and a strong focus on livability and durability, Canyon Ridge reflects CB’s experience delivering larger-scale multifamily projects that balance design, constructability, and long-term performance.
